Information Processing is the computer software service
division of Vertex Image Products, Inc., managed by Carol A. Bobich.
Carol holds a bachelor's degree in math, psych, and education
from Grove City College, a master's degree in Quantitative Methods
from the University of Pittsburgh, and Microsoft Office Expert
Certification.
VIP provides professional
support activities:
- Training in Microsoft™
products: Windows, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook,
Project, Internet Explorer, and Mail
- Training in other
software products: Word Perfect, Lotus, Quattro Pro, and Navigator.
- Designing and building
Access databases and complex Excel workbooks for business users.
| Carol also teaches
both traditional and online college math courses. During her
career, she's designed and installed systems, programmed in
several languages, designed and conducted research studies,
successfully interfaced with users, and educated many in the
